International Standards for the Treatment of Drug Use Disorders (hereinafter referred to as the “Standards”) is the result of joint work of UNODC and WHO aimed at supporting member countries in developing and establishing effective, evidence-based medicine and ethical principles for the treatment of drug-related disorders.
The standards are intended for all those involved in the development, planning, financing, provision, monitoring and evaluation of treatment and intervention services for drug-related disorders.
