Research is needed to better understand the comparative risk of using different kinds of derived psychoactive cannabis products. Relatedly, research is needed to better understand how these products are marketed including prices, promotions, and places. Depending on product characteristics, their psychoactive effects, and risks of use, it may be useful to create names for subgroups of derived psychoactive cannabis products.
