The impact of schizophrenia genetic load and heavy cannabis use on the risk of psychotic disorder in the EU-GEI case-control and UK Biobank studies

This study explores the independent and combined effects of heavy cannabis use and schizophrenia polygenic risk scores (PRS) on psychosis risk. Data was collected in the EU and UK to analyze the effects of cannabis use and PRS on patients. This study would be of interests to stakeholders who want to have statistical evidence for the effects of canabbis use and PRS.
